This year, our office will be open again between the years, so we will be here to support you.
As 2022 comes to a close, we would also love to take a look back and share some of our key moments and significant updates with you.
Lingualife wins EU Award
Lingualife was awarded Best Specialist Translation Service Provider – Berlin
by the European Business News in November this year.
2022 has also been the year of creative copywriting for us. We have been busy creating HR, legal, and e-commerce articles for leading employee and information platforms. As the demand in our writing services continues to grow, we have extended our team of expert writers and project managers.
In 2022, we could convince international companies like Firmenich SA, Vacheron Constantin or Fitmart of our all-round premium translation, subtitling and interpreting services. We are looking forward to helping them connect with their audiences, spread their brand message, and boost their online sales — in any language required.
The reorganization of Lingualife into three business units was completed earlier this year. Our Geneva and Berlin teams have kept coming up with even more tailored services for our clients since then. We are particularly proud of the internal growth of our e-commerce solutions team, building the foundation of our BU Corporate Solutions.
A record-breaking business year is coming to an end. Apart from a substantial growth for each of our three Business Units, we won strategically important RfPs and entered new partnerships with UN organizations and medium and large-scale enterprises. Related to this, we were able to extend our key service portfolio for interpreting including barrier-free communication, subtitling, and copywriting by two additional industries and 11 new languages.
More e-commerce and legal translations than ever before
In 2022, we translated more than 3 million words of e-commerce content into a total of 17 languages, which is a rise in e-commerce translation volume by more than 15% compared to 2021.
Our greatest reward is the happiness of our clients. Hence, we are more than happy to have reached our annual quality goals with a client satisfaction and on time delivery rate above 98 %.
In January 2023, we will have our next external quality audit at Lingualife, which is the next milestone in our QA agenda.
